A proper diet is essential if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or have already delivered. Adjusting one’s diet, vitamin intake and exercise are all important before, during and after pregnancy. While we all know the importance of a healthy and balanced diet we may be unaware of the necessary steps needed to accomplish it.
Incorporating dietary and lifestyle changes into our busy lives can be overwhelming, but not with the professional guidance and expertise of our licensed nutritionist. We can thoroughly review your eating and exercise habits with you, then assist in making adjustments based on your condition or goals.
We can address digestive disorders, high blood pressure, weight gain and food allergies, to name just a few.
Individual counseling is available Tuesdays from 3-6pm and the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 9am - 1pm. Please call for an appointment (847-304-0044.)
